| This is the January/03 issue of our
electronic newsletter. This was supposed to be a monthly publication, but
we missed a few months because of a very busy fall season. We wanted to
wish everyone a happy new year. We have a number of new alliances,
services and products that we would like to let you know about.

| New Alliances | |
| We have formed a strategic partnership with
EDI Gateway and
@Your Door to provide better and more complete range of Bluelink and
Microsoft products and services. There will be a seamless integration
between EDI Gateway and Bluelink, and @ Your Door will be doing our custom
development. EDI Gateway will be handling most of the marketing
activities, so you may be getting a call from Jon Fraser in the future. We are working with Strophe to market and provide products and services to the Retail and POS markets. We will be offering Bluelink and Microsoft products and services to this industry. We are working with PYA for human resources consulting and other products and services. So you may be getting a call from Morrie Weinberg concerning bill 90 1% tax on wages, which must be completed by the end of Feb. We are also working with Michael Kraus at Emploie Quebec for manpower related government assistance. |
